Our Approach to Returns

We believe returns should be straightforward but structured. Our policy is designed to protect both the customer and the integrity of our products.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 to 7 days of delivery.

Why this matters: Timely requests allow us to assess items while they are still in original condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

Fresh flowers.

Items damaged after delivery.

Non-packaged consumable items (for example, air diffusers and sprayable products).

Why we do this: These items cannot be resold or safely reused once handled. This protects hygiene, quality, and fairness for all customers.

Return Conditions

Eligible items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.

Returns Processing

We currently do not offer refunds. Approved returns are handled case-by-case.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Why we do this: Using the original payment method ensures traceability and reduces disputes.
